Lack of Courtesy: We had a negative experience upon arrival as the receptionist seemed mad and unhelpful. She closed the door at 5:30 pm and told us to find the keys in an envelope outside.

The chalets at Chalets Condos Sur Le Fjord offered clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms with excellent showers. the location overlooking the bay and fjord was breathtakingly beautiful and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. the well-appointed kitchenette allowed for convenient meal preparation. the staff was friendly and provided helpful local information.

Felt extremely welcome, no reason to complain.

We had a great stay at this accommodation! the room was clean and comfortable, with a small kitchenette that had a microwave and fridge freezer. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the marina from our room. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, and there were two other restaurants within walking distance. there was a supermarket and gas station just a short drive away.

The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning and dishwasher in the room. Although not essential, it would have been nice to have these amenities.

The location of the resort is superb, situated on the picturesque Saguenay Fjord. It offers breathtaking views of the fjord from the rooms. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, ensuring a pleasant stay. the resort provides well, maintained facilities like a pool, hot tub, and BBQ area, adding to the overall experience.

The lack of information regarding the availability of restaurants and cafes during the off, season can be inconvenient.

I had a great time exploring the natural beauty of the area. The hiking trails were well-marked and provided stunning views. The whale-watching tour was a highlight, with knowledgeable guides and plenty of opportunities to spot these magnificent creatures. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the fjord and within walking distance of the marina and other attractions.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The room was on the small side and could have been more spacious.

Bathrobes are even provided for the jacuzzi, and the deck offers an unobstructed view of the fjord. the amenities and services provided make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the property was perfect, with stunning views of the water and fjord right from our room. We were able to easily access the nearby marina and embark on our planned boat cruise. Our studio room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the option to cook our own meals in the well-equipped unit. Although there was no coffee in the room, we found a nearby restaurant that served delicious breakfast and coffee. The peaceful and quiet location added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The nearby hikes were also a nice bonus. Despite a few small issues like no air conditioning and a not-so-clean pool, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the well-equipped kitchenette, which allowed us to cook meals with ease. the property was well-maintained and the staff were incredibly friendly, providing us with helpful local information.
